About Property North

The family behind the sign.

Property North is Teneille and Ash Mastai, an agency that stays small on purpose. Ash leads sales and negotiation. Teneille runs the operation behind every campaign. Every listing, every rental and every phone call is handled by the people whose name is on the agency.

Our story

Boutique by choice, based in Banksia Grove.

After years inside large franchise offices, Teneille and Ash saw the same pattern: sellers signed with a name, then dealt with whoever was rostered on. Property North was built to do the opposite — a small agency with a defined patch of six suburbs, where the licensee walks every property and answers every call.

The office sits at Jewel Way in Banksia Grove — the same streets we sell, lease and live in.

Meet the team

Two people. Full accountability.

Teneille Mastai
Licensee & sales

Leads every sales campaign personally — appraisal, launch, home opens and negotiation. Known for straight answers and evidence-led pricing.

Ash Mastai
Sales & property management

Runs the rent roll and buyer follow-up — 180+ corridor rentals, tenant selection, inspections and the live local buyer list.

What we stand for

Four rules we don't break.

01

The licensee does the work

No handoffs to juniors. The person you meet at the appraisal is the person who negotiates your sale.

02

Evidence over flattery

We'd rather lose a listing than buy it with an inflated number. Every appraisal shows the workings.

03

A defined patch

Six suburbs, known street by street. We don't take listings we can't service properly.

04

Everything in writing

Fees, marketing costs and weekly campaign reports — agreed up front, documented throughout.
