Our Team

Our Licensee of the business has over 17 years experience and she lives and

breathes everything Real Estate. Teneille obtained her License and Triennial

in 2012, and opened Property North in 2014.

 Jamie handles all day to day tasks for our rental properties, Jamie is on the ball, dedicated and an essential part of the team. You’ll find Jamie at home opens, conducting final inspections, in and out of the office!

Shanae is the face of Property North and the lady who will greet you either in the office and on the phone. With a friendly demeanor, Shanae will be happy to help in anyway she can.

Roberta does lots of the behind the scenes work, ensuring tenants rents are

receipted and invoices paid. You may see her friendly face at home opens

for both sales and rentals.

Zoe conducts all of the routine inspections for Property North. She is

extremely meticulous with detail, and is employed to focus primarily on routine inspections, meaning our owners only get the best reports. Zoe has extensive Property Management experience.
