Property North is a family owned business with an office located in Banksia Grove.  

We service properties for both sale and lease anywhere north of Perth and pride ourselves on ‘good old fashioned’ service. Our boutique business is a modern, proactive business with services including full property management, property sales and other specialty services. 

Teneille Mastai, the Licensee of the business, has 20 years experience in Real Estate. She obtained her License and Triennial in 2012, and decided in 2014 that she would use her knowledge to branch out, start Property North and assist owners with their valued investment. Her love of property has only grown and Property Management is her absolute passion. Building a good rapport with her current property management clients saw her have the opportunity to branch out and start selling property.
