Property North is led by Teneille, who built the agency to stay small on purpose, with Ash heading up sales and marketing. It is a genuinely local, hands-on team, not a franchise, so every listing, every rental and every phone call is handled by people who are personally invested in getting it right.
After years inside large franchise offices, Teneille saw the same pattern again and again: sellers signed with a name, then dealt with whoever was rostered on. Property North was built to do the opposite: a small agency with a defined patch of six suburbs, where the licensee walks every property and answers every call.
Teneille obtained her licence and triennial in 2012 and founded Property North in 2014, after 20 years in WA real estate. Property management was the foundation of the business and remains her passion; the rapport built with landlords is what grew the sales side, one referral at a time.
